About the event

9:00 am Meet at Cross Roads Coffeehouse in Cross Plains by 9:00 am (Andy will be there at 8:30 if you want join him for coffee or tea ahead of time).  


After we gather, we will proceed to the stream to look at aquatic inverts we sample  and discuss what we find and relative sensitivities of those inverts to neonics (according to the latest research).  This will be a short walk from the coffee house.


10:00 am Drive to South Valley Road, about 4 miles downstream.  Additional sampling of aquatic invertebrates, discussion of ag and other land uses in terms of use of neonics.


11:00 am Proceed to Black Earth Creek Watershed Picnic (for those that can make it ---all are invited).  Its another 4 miles (approx) downstream
